18 months ago I was overweight and a pre diabetic.

Thanks to a number of Nutritional Chefs I moved into the low carb way of life using the kitchen skills I’d spent hours perfecting. The pre diabetes was put into remission and we also put MrsJs type2 into remission.

Then we started to attack the progressive ms and still to this day pushing the beast back into a corner.

This site and my facebook page is full of the foods I cook in my style and our drive/determination never wavers. MS won’t take a day off and neither will we.
