We all like a weekend treat, how about trying these low-fat/low-carb chocolate pots. Super quick and super indulgent!

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of low fat custard
  • 100g  of 70% cocoa chocolate (broken into small chunks)

 

Method

  • Place the custard in a small pan over a low heat
  • Allow to warm up and simmer
  • Add the chunks of chocolate and stir through the custard until all the chocolate has melted
  • Bring to the boil and remove from the heat
  • Fill your small cups/serving dishes
  • Allow to cool and fridge for a couple of hours
  • Enjoy an indulgent chocolate dessert without guilt
