Try these wraps/flatbreads without all the baddies. Much lighter and far tastier and quick to achieve. The ingredients below make 1 wrap/flatbread. 

They are filling, we couldn’t finish all ours and now have a leftover for next week.

• 2 eggs lightly beaten
• 25g almond flour
• 25g grated cheese
• 2tsp coconut oil
• Sea salt/coarse black pepper for seasoning
• 1tsp turmeric
• 1tsp chilli
1. Add the almond flour to the beaten eggs, spices, add a pinch of salt/pepper and mix in
2. Add the coconut oil to a medium sized non stick pan and heat over a medium setting
3. Swirl the oil around the pan When the pan is hot add the beaten egg mixture
4. Swirl the pan again and make sure all the base is covered in the egg mix. You will quickly notice the egg mix starting to bubble 
5. Now sprinkle over the grated cheese Turn the heat to a low setting and cover the pan with a lid or a sheet of foil 
6. Allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes, when ready slide out onto a waiting plate

That's your tortilla wrap/flatbread done Serve with anything of your choice and enjoy
