Breakfast for both of us is very important, it helps to kick start our day and a great way of getting nutrition onboard.

• 75g frozen berries, you can use fresh if you have them. We find the frozen to have more flavour and it makes for a refreshing drink as well
• 150g almond milk
• 1 tsp apple/cider vinegar
• 1 ripe avocado
1. Blitz all the ingredients, if too thick add a splash of water to thin down
2. Play around with the fruits to change flavours and use full fat Greek yogurt to also change things around
