Try using a full fat greek yogurt with added flavours and creating a tasty dip without any hidden baddies. 

I’ve kept this one simple again but have a play around with the flavours, try adding different herbs/spice and enjoy the creamy texture.

• 2-3 tbsp. full fat greek yogurt 
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp crushed garlic
• Juice/Zest of 1 lemon
• Any herb to dress the serving bowl with
• Sea salt/Coarse black pepper (season to taste)
1. Add the greek yogurt to a mixing bowl
2. Now add the mustard/garlic/lemon and give a good mix
3. Serve into a serving bowl or ramekin and dress with the herb of your choice
